[Bigsister-general] Agent reporting twice with different hostnames

I changed a test to be carried out with the loopback IP and now the agent
reports msgs twice under different hostnames.
Excerpts:
Before:
DESCR features=unix,linux,local localhost
localhost(n9) cpuload disk memory syslog
localhost(n9) smtp

After:
DESCR features=unix,linux,local localhost
DESCR features=unix,linux,local 127.0.0.1
localhost(n9) cpuload disk memory syslog
127.0.0.1(n9) smtp

The reason for the change was that the smtp test wasn't carried out
against localhost (=127.0.0.1) but against the external IP no. and this
sometimes took long enough to trigger the yellow warning (because SMTP
behaves different to foreign servers). I was surprised I had to do this
since I had expected that localhost will run the network tests against
127.0.0.1, anyway.

Well, after this change I now get two reports for msgs.
1. n9.msgs reports messages and syslog
2. news.msgs reports syslog

news is the internal hostname (uname) of this machine because of a
software on it that is licensed for this name. So, it is clear where it
comes from. However, uxmon is clearly ordered to report under "n9" and
there is only one syslog command. There is no syslog command for
127.0.0.1. So, why does it report twice?
