[Bigsister-general] Network test on windows server

I have a Win2k3 server monitored locally by the 1.0.2 msi agent.
Recently, one of the network cards in that server became unplugged.
Apart from the single eventlog warning message, big sister didn't detect
it.  The network test reported green on the connected and disconnected
network card.

After looking over the docs for the network test, I attempted to use
"emulateadmin=1", thinking that would detect the fact that the interface
was unplugged.  However, when emulateadmin is set, the agent reports "no
interfaces monitored" which sets the status to purple.  Setting
emulateadmin back to 0 returns the network status to normal.

Relevant lines from uxmon-net:

DESCR		features=windows	localhost

localhost	emulateadmin=1  network

Any ideas?
