[Bigsister-general] Get rid of some alarm emails

Hi,

1. I'd like getting rid of this kind of e-mails:
<any_host>.trap up 09:52: System looks fine

I got this messege after every trap in 30 minutes
when the system switch back to geen automatically.

2. I've got some APC UPSes where the input voltage
is going under the given value very often and my .UPS
check reports it twice (because of my config which could be
a new question why I have to two checks for one control)
Here are the messages:
<myhosts>.UPS up 02:22: Power online, |>UPS is ONLINE|>
<myhosts>_ups.UPS up 02:22: Power online, |>UPS is ONLINE|>
...
<myhost>.UPS down 02:12: UPS warning|>UPS is correcting
<myhost>_ups.UPS down 02:12: UPS warning|>UPS is correcting

What do I have to write in bb_eventgenerator.cfg?
