[Bigsister-general] BigSister Debian

I am using BigSister on Debian Stable/Unstable, and am trying to get to the web interface after installing the packages.  Unfortunately I am unsuccessful.  I was wondering, what do i need to do to get this working, also do I need to use Apache 1.3 or can I use Apache 2.0.x?  Also, what is the difference between Big Sister and Big Brother.  Does anyone know of a package for Debian for Big Brother?
