[Bigsister-general] BigSister Server Limitation

Dear All,

 

There are 155 servers and devices monitored by an Bigsister server.

 

Recently the bigsister server are hanged once or twnice a week. Sometimes, the alarm is changed from red to green but bigsister is still alarm for red status.

 

Is there anyone having this experience? How to fix it?

 

I have tried to reinstall my server and the server only for Bigsister service. However, the problem is still existing.

 

 

Any recommand is appreciated!!
