[Bigsister-general] How to remove Windows Bigsister agent

Dear Sir,

 

I can't see the uninstall program for windows.

 

When I try to install again, I will see the following message:

 

Service 'Big Sister Agent' (BigSister) could not be installed. Verify that you have privileges to install system service.

 

I use administrator's privileges and I still can't install it again.

 

How to fix it?

 

Besides, I install Big Sister 1.02 on windows 2000 but I found Big Sister agent is terminated in the eventlog. How to fix this problem?
