Are you never getting any mails?

I have such a setup working. I have done it a bit differently, because I
want to get the mails in the morning, no just drop alerts generated
during the night.

The crucial parts of my setup is

*.*	suppressed
*.*{daytime 22:00-08:00}	postpone_to=08:00
*.*{daytime 20:00-10:00 and weekday Fri-Sat}	postpone_to=10:00
*.*{daytime 20:00-08:00 and weekday Sun}	postpone_to=08:00

But I must admit that I cannot see any obvious flaws in your setup.
