The names of the scripts are in the www/skins/default/*PATH.inc files

Use the ScriptAlias directive to make the /cgi/ directory act like
/cgi-bin/, or try putting a .htaccess file in the directory with the
following lines

SetHandler cgi-script
Options +ExecCGI
