Yes, I do that all the time. I have up to three snmp agents on one host
(all Solaris hosts run Net-SNMP in addition to the native agent)

You can do something like

DESCRIBE        features=remote,unix,ucdsnmp,netsnmp,lmsensors device=computer hera:6161
hera:6161(hera) interface=~(lo0|eri0)$ network temp

DESCRIBE        features=remote,unix device=computer hera
hera		partition=~^(/|/var|/tmp|/d6|/d12)$ disk
