[Bigsister-general] Problem with SELinux and syslogd on startup

I installed 1.0.2 on a second CentOS machine and decided this time to
create a user (bigsister) specific for it since otherwise I have to add a
valid shell for the user daemon I've been using on other systems for
bigsister.

The user bigsister isn't allowed what the user daemon obviously is so I
get a SELinux warning (SELinux is in permissive mode):
Warning! Could not relabel /dev/pts/0 with
user_u:object_r:initrc_devpts_t, not relabeling.Operation not permitted

However, this seems to make the startup hang with this process in ps:
initlog -q -c /etc/rc3.d/S98bigsister start
and eventually fail. Plus it stops all services after it getting started.

The syslog service is clearly started and working at that time, other
bigsister messages are getting logged, it's not clear to me why it hangs,
but it is apparently that logging line which makes it hang.

If I kill that process early enough the other processes are started like
normal. I can then start bigsister with "servive bigsister start" and get
the SELinux warning logged and everything is fine.

On the other CentOS system where I use daemon for the bigsister user this
problem doesn't occur.

Anyone has seen this yet?
