[Bigsister-general] Router Weirdness

I don't get it.  I must be doing some very simple thing very wrong.  Some of my Cisco routers are generating graphs just fine.  Others don't generate them at all.  One router may be configured identically to another and graphs are generated for one and not the other.  I've combed through the list archives and found others asking similar questions but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer for this issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
