[Bigsister-general] Minor fix in msgs alarm system

Hi,  I've sent this mail to bigsister-devel but that list seems to be unused.

There is a minor fix that could be useful.  ./etc/syslog contains line:
loop                           red     30      mail loop
as a result if this line is triggered every five minutes you are going
to have alarm, and after 5 minutes there will be a reset and so on forever.
Basically it triggers on the message in /var/log/syslog that bigsiter
genetrates itself:

Apr 13 21:32:28 jabber bsmon: raising alarm: jabber.msgs mail loop,
messages looks fine

One way to stop it is to change words "mail loop" to something different
that does not have word "loop" in it.  Or perhaps get rid of this check.
