[Bigsister-general] UTF-8 problem fix

I found out how to fix the UTF-8 problem:
your system is set to UTF-8 and your perl version might not support this

vi /etc/sysconfig/i18n

change:

LANG="en_US.UTF-8"

to

LANG="en_US"

Somebody please put this in the FAQ documentation.
