[Bigsister-general] Could not relabel /dev/pts/0

I installed the new 1.02 for the first time and tried it on a CentOS 4.2
system. I installed only agent and modules. When I try to start it up it
dies with the following warning:

Warning! Could not relabel /dev/pts/0 with
user_u:object_r:initrc_devpts_t, not relabeling.Operation not permitted

This looks suspiciously like Selinux, however Selinux is in permissive
mode (and targeted, anyway). Ideas?
