[Bigsister-general] Startup Trouble

Hello,

I tried Googling ... but found nada.  Are the archives for this list
public?

bigsister-0.99c3-4 on Red Hat EL.

When I start the service via rc.d, the script locks up.  I have to press
ENTER three times to ack some dialog that's not showing up on stdio
until after the scripts startup:

 11:52 suppressed ~$ chkconfig --add bigsister
 11:52 suppressed ~$ chkconfig --list bigsister
bigsister       0:off   1:off   2:on    3:on    4:on    5:on    6:off
 11:52 suppressed ~$ service bigsister start
Starting Big Sister ...

OK

Is there a proper fix?  Hitting bb_start itself works fine:

 11:56 suppressed ~$ service bigsister stop
Stopping Big Sister ...
uxmon: stopped
bbd: stopped
bsmon: stopped
 11:58 suppressed ~$ /usr/share/bigsister/bin/bb_start start
Starting Big Sister ... 
  Monitor bsmon                                     OK
  Server bbd                                        OK
  Agent uxmon                                       OK

Messages:

FWIW, Graphs appear to work alright.  All the same, I toss in the
perl-rrdtool package and the warning message goes away, but I still get
the input/output hangup ...
