[Bigsister-general] Reviving a test

Hi,

I have removed a test (bsadmin -d localhost remove soldier.net). Now I want to
track the test again. I added the test to uxmon-net, but I get no indication on
the web site. Do I need to explicitly add the test back with bsadmin?
