The problem is that this changes with each and every incarnation of IIS 
and, honestly and no offence intended, if you use *win2k3 server* you 
should know the basic steps you have to do for allowing cgi execution ;-)

"Who" says this? The cgi? IIS? The link to the history executable should 
not contain any parameters, does it?
