[Bigsister-general] check="1" doesn't work

Hi,

 

My configuration is as below:

*.telnet        check="1" delay=2

I expect when telnet is fail, it will delay 2 mins to raise alarm but before rasingin alarm, it will check again or the alarm won't be raised.

 

 

However, the test result is the alarm will be raised without testing again.
