Re: [Bigsister-general] Windows services/processes

By client I mean the machine which is being monitored with the big sister client running on it.
I have made these entries in the uxmon.net file in the client machine. Still the status for the services being monitored is shown as stopped, even though they are running.
Thanks and Regards,
Usha

What it's your bigsister version? What do you mean with 'client machine', where it's installed bigsister client?

You must put the test in the machine to be checked.

Hi,

How do I view the list of windows services/processes?

Should I make an entry for this in the uxmon.net file on the client machine?

There are entries in the uxmon.net file:

localhost        proc=WINLOGON procs

localhost        service="Big Sister Agent" service

localhost        service=Spooler service

Does this mean that for me to view the status of  a process/service, I need to have the entry in the uxmon.net?

Thanks and Regards,
Usha
