[Bigsister-general] Windows configuration

I have installed BigSister on Windows.
Which version of Tomcat server should be used?
It is mentioned in the installation instructions that, all that we need to do as a part of webserver setting is include this statement in the httpd.conf of the webserver:
Include /etc/bigsister/httpd.conf

Please let me know if anybody of you have tried this? If yes, what version of Tomcat are u using.
