[Bigsister-general] Missing rrd graphs in host

Hello All
Still trying to figure out why I don't have rrd graphs for my host
First some background>>
        uname -a
        2.4.21-15.ELsmp #1 SMP Thu Apr 22 00:18:24 EDT 2004 i686 i686
        i386 GNU/Linux
        cat /etc/redhat-release
        Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 2)
        perl -v
        This is perl, v5.8.0 built for i386-linux-thread-multi
        (with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)
        
        the rrdtools are in my path>
        whereis rrdtool
        rrdtool: /usr/bin/rrdtool /usr/share/man/man1/rrdtool.1.gz

when I startup the system I get the following notices>
sudo /etc/init.d/bigsister start
WARNING: your system is set to UTF-8 and your perl version might not
support this - this might result in malfunction
Starting Big Sister ...
  Monitor bsmon                                     OK
  Server bbd                                        OK
  Agent uxmon for uxmon-net                         OK
  Agent uxmon for uxmon-asroot                      OK

Messages:
   Monitor bsmon: WARNING: your system is set to UTF-8 and your perl
version might not support this - this might result in malfunction
   Monitor bsmon: Fri Nov 18 10:37:34 2005: bsmon: RRDTool's perl module
is not present - not using perl bindings
   Server bbd: WARNING: your system is set to UTF-8 and your perl
version might not support this - this might result in malfunction
   Agent uxmon for uxmon-net: WARNING: your system is set to UTF-8 and
your perl version might not support this - this might result in
malfunction
   Agent uxmon for uxmon-asroot: WARNING: your system is set to UTF-8
and your perl version might not support this - this might result in
malfunction



The above lines are generated as well on my other servers that work fine
with bigsister..EXCEPT that this server generates this troublesome
server generates this line  ADDITIONAL line as well>
        Server bbd: WARNING: your system is set to UTF-8 and your perl
        version might not support this - this might result in
        malfunction
None of the other servers through this warning over bbd..All these
servers that I am talking about are all the same OS and systems wise.
But only one gives a warning on bbd as shown above..
        
I am running this ver of rrdtool-1.0.50-23.el3.at
and the modules appear to be installed correctly as displayed here>
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/RRDp.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/RRDs.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/RRDs


and these are the versions of bigsister I have installed
rpm -qa | grep big
bigsister-agent-0.99c3-4
bigsister-0.99c3-4
bigsister-server-0.99c3-4


I hope this gives some useful info for someone to help me troubleshoot!
