[Bigsister-general] Don't alarm for host behind VPN when VPN goes down.

Hello. I am trying to get BS not to send an alert for every system behind
a VPN tunnel when the connection drops.

The subnet 172.20.201.0 is behind router store201. store201 resolved to
the IP address of the VPN tunnel and if the VPN goes down, you can't ping
that address.

I don't want to list every host out as I have 28 tunnels with around 10
host on each end. Below is a part of my configuration. I think it is
right, but I still get alerts for every host when a tunnel drops. I have
tried a bunch of things and I have been reading the docs without any luck.
Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Thanks
-Eddie
