[Bigsister-general] CPU test purple

I have a strange result in my big sister installation

I installed the bigsister on my fedora core 3 server with rpm
I ran the service successful and starts to see things in my apache

But the problem is the cpu test result switch about every 5 minutes.
It display purple (CPU test failing) on 18:10, 18:15, 18:30
while it display green on 18:09, 18:14, 18:28

What is the problem?
