The CVS version of Big Sister does now call ntptrace avoiding -r and
-t options.
In order to get the ntp test working with the new ntptrace command
one can edit uxmon/Requester/ntptrace.pm (installed) or
modules/ntp/Requester/ntptrace.pm (source) and replace
"ntptrace -n -r 2 -t 5"
by
"ntptrace -n"
