[Bigsister-general] Windows 2003

Hello,

 

Does Big Sister work on windows 2003?  I have followed the documentation, yet when the services run I get no errors and my log and HTML directories are empty.  If I had a log maybe I could troubleshoot where to go from here, but I got nothin.
