So I decided to actually look at your agent config file, and noticed something. You have the line: host2 ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0 ORACLE_CONNECT="host2:ORA1:ORA1" ORA_USER=bigsister ORA_PASS=bigsister You have all of the arguments, but you're missing one final thing, the healthcheck.
