[Bigsister-general] problems installing on w2003

Hi everybody, i'm trying to install bigsister on a w2003 machine, i've
read the list-archive and i've tried different solutions, but i get
the same results with all of them, this is what i've done:

Download and install activePerl,
install server toolkit for w2003 to get srvany, instsrv ...,
download bigsister, i've tried with the following versions
(big-sister-0.99b1.NTpre.zip and  big-sister-0.97p1.NTbin.zip),
unzip it into c:\bigsis,
"perl install32" and everything goes ok.

I set in the control panel all the services to start and to be
automatic, and then i can see in the task manager that they are
working, everything looks OK but i don't get any results in the logs
or in the html pages.
