[Bigsister-general] timeout's

I have tried without success to get timeouts for smtp to work.  I have
version bs-0.99b2.  I have tried the following and timeouts remain at
the stock 8 seconds.  If I
change /usr/share/bigsister/uxmon/Requester/tcp.pm timeout at line 87
then I can change it globally.

servername                     service=smtp timeout=20 tcp
servername                     timeout=20 smtp
