[Bigsister-general] How to start a custom action on alarm?

Hello list,

 

I’ve been using Big Sister for a year to monitor several production and test servers. I’ve obviously used the mail reporting for alarms.

 

Now I’d like Big Sister to run a shell script in case of a status change, and that script should be able to write the alarm parameters in a file and/or take a custom action. Problem is, I haven’t managed to pass arguments to the shell scripts (I’d like to get the host, the check, the new status, and so on). Is that even possible ?
