As with much of the docu we should have: I've been planning to write one
for years ...

So, unfortunately there is no such HOWTO, yet.

Are you willing to help writing one? Maybe if I get some help as well as
some pressure we will get through this. Actually, the new test model was
thought to ease writing tests compliant with minimum requirements - we
still have to prove this :-)
