[Bigsister-general] Running Bigsister under Cygwin

I was wondering if anyone on this list knows if Bigsister will run under 
Cygwin.
I do not want to use Active Perl, but rather the perl that comes with 
Cygwin.
I wish to use BigSister to monitor W2K servers that already have Cygwin 
on them.
