Hmh, good question :-) The problem in your case seems to be that features=remote,windows will make uxmon select the Windows remote performance monitor. As this only works between Windows machines uxmon then fails (it could be considered a bug in the win32perf tests.cfg configuration that this method is selected even on systems where there is not the slightest change that it ever worked). In order to make this work you could fool uxmon into using the SNMP monitor by using something like features=remote,unix Of course, this will only work if your Windows system *does* actually give access to disk information (via Host MIB) via SNMP.
