[Bigsister-general] overlapping tests ?

Hello, 

i have a question concerning overlapping tests. For example, 
i have 3 machines, all pinging each other to test, if they are alive.
Someday, the connection between host A and host B is broken, but
host C can still reach both A and B and B can still see C.

Is there an alarm raised for the broken connection? 
I would expect, that all lights are green, since all hosts are pingable?!
If this is the case, would a line in uxmon-net

hostB(hostA)  ping

fix this?
