There is an easier way to get to this, use something like

   localhost	proc=whatever pscomm="/usr/bin/ps -ef" procs

in uxmon-net.

The procs module won't limit the process name, so I cannot tell you why
procs would only see 16 characters. Important to know is that procs does
some processing of the ps output:

  - it strips of anything after a space
  - it strips of leading path information

so, e.g.

    [...]
    root   328     1  0   Oct 06 ?        0:00 /usr/lib/snmp/snmpdx -y
-c /etc/snmp/conf
    [...]

is seen as "snmpdx".
