What is the purpose of the "blue" status? I can generate all others including getting into Maintenance (white), but cannot get a blue status. I assumed that this was a status that could be set from the system being monitored to indicate that it was being taken offline for some reason. In Big Brother the blue and white status indicators would appear to be swapped when compared with Big Sister. BigBrother's white status would appear to be the equivalent of the blue status in big sister and is used to indicate that the associated test had been turned off or does not apply. They quote an example of connectivity on disconnected dialup lines. This sounds a more reasonable explanation but how do you set it? http://demo.bb4.com/bb/help/help/what_the_colors_mean.htm thanks for any help you can give.
