[Bigsister-general] Two questions.

I have two questions.

1. What is the purpose of the "blue" status? I can generate all others
including getting into Maintenance (white), but cannot get a blue status. I
assumed that this was a status that could be set from the system being
monitorred to indicate that it was being taken offline for some reason.

2. I am using Windows 2000 as my Big Sister Server and Monitor. What mail
system is used to send alerts, SMTP in perl?
