[Bigsister-general] howto set a host 'offline'

Hallo,

I've the following problem:

when ux-mon is shut down the monitor gets no status updates and sets 
this host to 'No reports'.

Thats ok in most cases, but how do I set a host do offline i.e. if the 
system is down for maintance or properly shut down?
