[Bigsister-general] bb_start issues

Hello,
I finished following the install doc, and when I started up the bb_start
command I get the following:
Starting Big Sister ...
Monitor bsmon                                     FAILED
Server bbd                                        FAILED
Agent uxmon                                       FAILED

Is there anyway to get more info on why they are failing?  I checked my
messages.log and there was nothing there.  Also this is a Solaris 9 box its
installed on.
