I'm pretty sure I saw this already mentioned, but I don't think I saved the email at the time and I can't seem to figure out how to check the archives (not enough coffee yet this morning perhaps?) Anyways, so sorry for asking this question again... I recently installed a copy of the latest perl-only version of the windows bigsis on a win2k box that mainly only does filemaker batch jobs once a night (like it wasn't bad enough to be a win2k box), and when I installed it, everything was happy for several hours until just after I left work, then all the lights went to purple. Not sure why...perhaps the network is too overloaded from all the filemaker trafic? Or is this a common thing on the windows bigsis agent for the lights to go purple? Is there some voodoo magic? Or could the bogging down of the network be the culprit. And if it's the network, does bigsis give up trying to talk to the server after a certain period of time? Thanks for your help!
