The sending of  notification/alarms is done by the bb_event_generator
file. You must write for which status and delay you want receive
notifications.

Here an example of what I have write:

*.*     prio=40 down=purple up=green delay=5 \
          norepeat=60 keep=1 mail=my_email_adress msgmax=60

You can read the CONFIG file in the source of bigsister for more
explications.
