Nope, Dan.  Not just you -- me too.  And I probably should mention that 
we're on a shared University box, too.  So CGI through a wrapper at 
that.  :-)  Although I actually don't mind that part, since it forces 
my scripts to run as me instead of the webserver.

I did look at the authentication plugin, and will look again, but I 
noticed that it required the "callback" version of CGI::App.  Not sure 
if I'm quite ready to go with that for my production stuff, but I'll 
look again.

Thanks for the wiki reminder.  I had checked the mail archives, but 
forgot about that.
